Job Title/position: Creative Designer 

Job Summary/Basic Function: The Graphic Designer will be partially responsible for coordinating and creating all graphic art needs for eTech S.C clients related projects, and also to create engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of medias. This person will be the point person on the creation of all graphic needs for specific projects as dictated by the Marketing Manager to include video marketing, online marketing, social media marketing and email marketing.The ideal candidate has existing educational background in general marketing, graphic design skills and internship experience. Knowledge of the web content design is also highly valuable skills. Candidates should have basic graphics skills and a working familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, primarily In Design, Photoshop and Premiere. Candidate will also be detail oriented, a self-starter, social media savvy, a creative thinker, a team player, and a strong communicator.

Qualification:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

Experience: Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year College or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Proven experience and expertise in graphic design, social media, email and online marketing. Collaborative personality who is a team player. Innovative and creative thinker to generate maximum exposure for the Tobin Center and its residents/clients beyond traditional means. Candidate must have graphic design skill utilizing Adobe Creative Suite.

Duties & Responsibilities

  1. Creation of effective and efficient show-marketing graphic designs and participate in communications with client and liaisons, as appropriate.
  2. Participates to insure institutional and non-profit mission marketing objectives are
  3. met and integrated via shows, partners, venders and activities.
  4. Provides support for workshops, seminars, exhibitions, sales, development, educational,
  5. and/or training activities and projects as needed at the direction of the Chief Marketing Manager.
  6. Works on special projects, initiatives, promotions and other programs as needed at the
  7. direction of the Chief Marketing Manager and Chief Software Development.
  8. Assists in the collaboration and work provided by outside vendors, media outlets and marketing alliances.
  9. Assists Marketing department as a whole with other duties as assigned by the Marketing Manager and Press and Promotions Manager.
  10. Good understanding of software development life cycle
  11. Capability of reading specifications, word-press and other cmses design components.
  12. Assist in protecting the integrity of eTech S.C. brand and all uses. Communicate branding guidelines to promoters and clients.
  13. Assist in the establishment and maintenance of clients branding and marketing initiatives.
  14. Responsible for creative design and having a working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite- primarily In-design, Photoshop and Premiere.

Job Title/position: Executive Assistant to the CEO

Job Summary/Basic Function: Under the supervision and guidance of CEO, the Executive Assistant, handle all clerical works like typing reports, letters, memos, as well as opens and maintains the company files for records. Moreover, She/he is responsible for the execution of all administrative matters of the Office of the Executive Director. She/he also arranges & facilitates venues and logistics required for meetings and workshops organized by the company and conducts any other necessary office operations.

Qualification:

BA in Management, Secretarial Science and Office, Management or related fields from a recognized institution

Experience: 4/6 years of relevant experience on related position. Experience in ICT company is advantageous.

Additional Training: Customer handling training Certificate is an added value

Duties & Responsibilities

  1. Takes minutes of meetings using shorthand and transcribes the major points raised in the discussion for a review by the participants of the meeting;
  2. Maintains properly corporate documents such as management minutes, board minutes, and agreements done between e tech and key stakeholders
  3. Passes personal and important mails/messages to his supervisor and deals with routine correspondence;
  4. Handle communications including answering and making calls, type and compose letters, memos, register and distribute incoming /outgoing correspondences, keeps complete & update important contacts.
  5. Plan & organize the clerical activities of the CEO’s office and carry out administrative functions as required.
  6.  Receives and sorts out mails sent to the company and distributes these on time to other offices concerned; register incoming and outgoing letters.
  7. Ensures the proper management & safe custody of both soft & hard copy of important and confidential documents of the company.
  8. Receives letters, memos, messages and telephone calls and transfer to the respective office.
  9. Drafts and writes letters and memos and gives replies to general queries as instructed.
  10. Receive and handle visitors, provide appropriate information to inquiries and arrange facilitate (venues and logistics) required for meetings
  11. Welcome external customers, provides first-hand information to general queries & direct them to the office/department where they want.
  12. Arranges and records appointments of the CEO and reminds him/her timely of the appointments.
  13. Follows up pending items of the office and informs the situation of the matter.
  14. Oversee overall cleanness, sanitation and arrangement of offices representing the CEO.
  15. Perform other duties assigned to him /her by the CEO.
