Duties & Responsibilities

  1. Plans, organizes, leads, coordinates and controls the overall solution development and technical matters of the eTech.
  2. Coordinates and facilitates the development of different solutions of Fin-Tech, e-Commerce and other customer’s solutions and follows activity of Fin-Tech& e-Commerce and Software Dev’t and Outsourcing divisions.
  3. Oversee the proper implementation of all project activities of Fin-Tech& e-Commerce and Software Dev’t and Outsourcing divisions.
  4. Prepares annual reports, plans and monitors their proper execution.
  5. Develops as well as oversees the preparation of proposals different software projects.
  6. Collects, complies, and analyzes quarterly and annual physical implementation and budget utilization of various solution projects.
  7. Directs and facilitates the establishment of proper protocols and guidelines for the operation of the technical activities of the Fin-Tech& e-Commerce and Software Dev’t and Outsourcing divisions.
  8. Manages and regularly evaluates the Fin-Tech& e-Commerce and Software Dev’t and Outsourcing divisions staff of the eTech.
  9. Work on the creation and implementation of data enrichment and analytics capability and software development strategy

  15. Proven track-record in the design and development of content and data (structured and unstructured) enrichment and processing pipelines, from architecture and design patterns to implementation strategies and technologies
  16. Heterogeneous data analysis and processing design and expertise including architectural strategies to support scalable high-volume stream and batch models
  17. Experience leading the design and development of natural language processing solutions, from structuring and indexing to semantic extraction and machine learning
  18. Experience in introducing and establishing modern best-practice agile development methodologies, processes and tools (e.g. test-driven-development, and continuous integration, etc.)
  19. Experience working at multiple levels within a large international organization, up to executive level and a proven track record of delivery

  1. Develops a strategic plan on Telecom, Infrastructure and Hardware to execute and achieve the objectives and Provides quarterly updates to higher management and Marketing Team

  5. Evaluates telecommunication, Infrastructure and Hardware technologies and determines strengths and weaknesses of technology architecture, implementation and suitability; recommends solutions to ensure consistency with eTech vision
  6. Manage different projects, plan and execute all telecommunication, Infrastructure and Hardware system upgrades, uploads, backups and restores for all customers as well as eTech.

  14. Work on Carrier Systems like: Multiplexers, ATM Switches, Synchronous Optical Network (SONET) Nodes, Transmission Security (TRANSEC) and Management and Control (M&C) requirements. The Contractor shall determine software configurations within system components to ensure mission requirements are met, to include modem settings, multiplexer configurations, and TRANSEC strap settings, as well as provide expertise in end-to-end troubleshooting of both test and operational missions
  15. Work on Internet Protocol (IP)/Multi-Protocol Label Switching (MPLS) Systems. This shall encompass Service Provider routers and components, to include but not limited to, Cisco and Juniper Service Provider routers and switches, Voice over IP (VoIP), Serial to IP (STI) or Circuit to Packet (CTP) edge devices, IP modems, and Ethernet encryption. The Contractor shall also have knowledge about IP network development; router and switch configurations; VoIP, Virtual Private Network (VPN) and Virtual Routing Forward (VRF) setup; serially interfacing routers or edge devices to carrier equipment; performing basic configurations using UNIX; and the integration of IP networks into the Global Information Grid (GIG)
  16. Work on Transport Systems. This shall encompass the fiber optic multiplexers, encryption, and the connection of IP Routers and other Carrier Systems such as SONET into the global positioning system (GPS) and the Global Information Grid (GIG)
  17. Oversee and coordinate effective communications among customers and various business units to ensure accurate, consistent, and timely flow of information. Ensure availability and effective use of specialized Telecom, Infrastructure, Hardware equipment’s for sales and related activities. Provide technical direction, presentations, advice and Support to client community as well as the eTech staffs to promote their technical and professional development
  18. Contribute to the development of infrastructure platforms that are service-oriented with reusable components that can be orchestrated together into different methods for different businesses

Job Title/position: Manager: Cyber Security Engineering and Audit

Job Summary/Basic Function: Protect the company and clients from security breaches by identifying, analyzing and reacting to cyber security threats. Work with development and IT operations teams as cyber security’s activity manager, security analysts, and security engineers within eTech. Develop procedure to improve threat detection, decrease the likelihood of security breaches, and ensure an appropriate organizational response when incidents occur. And also work to isolate abnormal activity on servers, databases, networks, endpoints, applications, etc., identify security threats, investigate them, and react to security incidents as they occur. Cybersecurity audits uncover vulnerabilities and gaps in corporate security policies and systems that hackers would otherwise, inevitably exploit. Work as a specialize auditor in code auditing, looking at the source code for applications to find possible vulnerabilities introduced by poor programming practices and will spend much of their time using language-specific code-auditing tools.

Qualification:

  • Education: PhD/MSC/BSC, in one of the following areas: Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering, Computer and Information Security, Computer Security, and/or Network Engineering.
  • Experience: 8 years’ experience out of which 4 years should be in progressive experience in Information Security related roles. 2 years of experience in managing network and Security components, including firewall, intrusion detection/prevention systems, anti-malware products, Audit, forensics tools, data encryption, VPNs, vulnerability scanners, multiple operating systems (Windows, UNIX, Linux, etc.), and directory services like Active Directory. And 2 years’ data/network/information system assurance management and system design, information security assessments, and Information Assurance Vulnerability Alerts management.

Duties & Responsibilities

  1. Establish and maintain the information security vision and programming to include policy creation, training, risk assessment, and security incident response to ensure information assets and technologies are adequately protected
  2. Analyze and architect complex solutions to information technology cyber security threats that relate to confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data and systems
  3. Provide regular updates to the executive management team on status of company’s risk posture and security program
  4. Organize and lead the security incident response capability, preemptively engaging with and training stakeholders throughout the organization
  5. Manage and oversee our business continuity and disaster recovery efforts to ensure the organization is prepared for high-risk business disruptions
  6. Manage and oversee internal and external IT compliance related audit efforts
  7. Keep abreast of latest security and privacy legislation, regulations, adversaries, alerts, and vulnerabilities
  8. Develop and manage budget for security related capital and operational expenses, training, and staff needs
  9. Participates as a security engineering representative on engineering teams for the design; development; implementation and/or integration of secure networking; computing; and enclave environments
  10. Participates as a security manager representative on engineering teams for the design; development; implementation and/or integration of architectures; systems; or system components
  11. Participates as the primary security engineering representative on engineering teams for the design; development; implementation; evaluation; and/or integration of secure networking; computing; and enclave environments
  12. Participates as the primary security engineering representative on engineering teams for the design; development; implementation; evaluation; and/or integration of IA architectures; systems; or system components
  13. Supports in the enforcement of the design and implementation of trusted relationships among external systems and architectures
  14. Applies knowledge of Information Security Assurance policy; procedures; and workforce structure to design; develop; and implement secure networking; computing; and enclave environments
  15. Supports security planning; assessment; risk analysis; and risk management
  16. Identifies overall security requirements for the proper handling of eTech data
  17.  Provides security planning; assessment; risk analysis; and risk management
  18.  Recommends system-level solutions to resolve security requirements
  19. Conduct security administration tasks including security infrastructure management and monitoring in the areas of network monitoring, vulnerability assessment, data and compliance monitoring
  20.  Manages and executes processes responsible for the advanced analysis of security threat intelligence (malicious code, industry events, hackers and zero day exploits, reverse engineering malware, phishing, etc.) in order to proactively prepare for security events
  21.  Periodic handling of Incident alerts and incident handling in order to eradicate threats
  22. Identify false positives and false negatives from alerting
  23.  Ongoing management and maintenance of security products used to monitor, correlate and alert
  24. Responsible for liaising with internal customers and vendors in order to handle incidents and to conduct threat analysis
  25.  Responsible for verification of web applications, network, and system level vulnerabilities (manually and through security tools)
  26.  Perform other duties assigned to him /her by the immediate supervisor.

This person will be the point person on the creation of all graphic needs for specific projects as dictated by the Marketing Manager to include video marketing, online marketing, social media marketing and email marketing.The ideal candidate has existing educational background in general marketing, graphic design skills and internship experience. Knowledge of the web content design is also highly valuable skills. Candidates should have basic graphics skills and a working familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, primarily In Design, Photoshop and Premiere. Candidate will also be detail oriented, a self-starter, social media savvy, a creative thinker, a team player, and a strong communicator.
