Shimeles Gebremedhin is a business and information technology professional consultant. He has a multidisciplinary academic and practical background in business and Technology with more than 15 years of experience in management, IT, accounting, budgeting, auditing and security in the banking and financial industries.

He is certified Management consultant, Certified Information System Auditor, Certified Ethical Hacker and He has got his Master’s Degree in Computer Science. Shiemlis is young entrepreneur who change challenges to business opportunity, who have got the opportunity to attend a Netpreneurs program in Alibaba Group, is part of the agreement with Ethiopia for the creation of Electronic World Trade Platform (eWTP). He is founder and owner of MASSK Group, successfully working on Business, Technology and Human Empowerment programs in Ethiopia, UAE and India.

Shimelis is highly motivated and engaged in cybersecurity and IT audit research, and strives to update current technology developments to keep up with the dynamically changing world and ever-increasing need for technology management. He has published more than 10 articles in local and international journals on business and technology. He has good experience on IT Security, IT systems Audit and IT Leadership projects.

Assegid Yirga Gebre, Chief Administration & Finance Officer


Assegid Yirga is a Business and management Professional with more than 16 year of experience in accounting, finance, administrative, and auditing. He has been engaged in:

  • ECX member company
  • contraction com.
  • Freight Transportation service com.
  • Non governmental organization

Assegid has been working on Finance and administrative managerial position for years. In the IFRS implementation engagement, as the project involved team work, he was capable of leading the team demonstrating high level of project Leadership capability. He took the lion’s share for the successful completion of the project.
He has trainings and certification on IFRS, Policy Analysis and Dialogue Skills.
In addition, Assegid has B.TH in Theology from the recognized Holy Trinity Theological University.

Estifanos Berhanu, Chief Marketing officer

Estifanos is a commercial driven hospitality & finance professional with more than 15 years of local & international experience with a bundle of international trainings. Joined eTech from Dubai Hilton corporate office to challenge himself in his passion for the world of technology. His last role was a Sales and marketing support specialist in a dynamic and competitive UAE destination leisure sales.

Estifanos has exceptional leadership experience proven with the 18 months on job project-based leadership training program completed in south Africa & Dubai. He believes in fulfilling customer need and want is a core of a successful business.

Temesgen Kitaw Damenu, Security Product Leader


Temesgen is a qualified cyber security management experts. He has been working on managerial and technical aspects of cyber security for more than twelve years. He is a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified ISO/IEC27001:2013 Lead Implementer, Certified Reverse Engineering Analyst (CREA), Certified Expert Reverse Engineering Analyst (CREA) and Certified Intrusion Prevention Specialist (CREA). He has got MSc in Information Security and IT Management from Edge Hill University in the United Kingdom. He demonstrates qualities of being systematic and thorough together with interpersonal, organisational, and time management skills.

Temesgen has been working on different technical and leadership positions in Information Network Security Agency (INSA) in Ethiopia. He has been the Head of Cyber Governance and Management Division in INSA. In this position, he was leading the development and implementation of different national frameworks including the national cyber security policy and strategy, national cyber security governance system, and national cyber security standards. In addition, he was leading the development of integrated cyber security programs for the financial sector and critical infrastructure of the nation. The national Cyber Emergency Readiness and Response Center (Ethio-CERT) establishment project was managed by him. He has also successfully led the first Ethiopian Cyber Security Week. In addition, he has led pioneer industry tailored postgraduate cyber security programs curriculum development for Addis Ababa University and Mekelle University.

Temesgen has holistic view with excellent attention to details, and show initiative and determination. His perseverance together with his notable leadership and organization skills contributed to the execution of these national initiatives which require sustained effort and ability to deal with complexities.

Kidane M. Tekle, Development Product Leader

Kidane M. Tekle  an information technology expert with 17+ years of domain experience in local and international domains. He currently resides in Norway and is the lead technical expert responsible for the architecture and spear heading the development and operation of the Norwegian e-Infrastructure for Life Sciences.

Tekle has exceptional leadership skills as has been demonstrated by his leadership of multiple high profile technology projects comprising of elite professionals from different companies across multiple continents. He strongly advocates modern, technology enabled leadership and digital culture.

Tekle is highly driven, organized, solution oriented and enjoys creating novel technological solutions to complex real-life problems. Through his career, he has created solid solutions in the the domains of finance, education, health care and technology enabled management & leadership. Security, scalability and long term sustainability are of utmost importance to Tekle while providing an enjoyable user experience in his solutions.

Pawlos Girma – Infrastructure & Telecom Leader


Pawlos Girma is qualified communication technologies expert with more than 12 years’ experience in telecom sector. He has extensive knowledge and skill in communication and networking. He has achieved internationally recognized certifications including MS, MCP, CCNP and CCNA Sec. He has also extensive knowledge on ethio telecom infrastructure and services.

Pawlos has been working on different technical and leadership roles, including project management, marketing and sales roles in ethio telecom. The range of works that he conducted in ethio telecom have given him detail knowledge and hands on skill in infrastructure and telecom areas. His specialization spans over range of areas including WAN & LAN connectivity, enterprise infrastructure, collaboration system, ride hailing system, fintech, ecommerce, delivery, cargo system and others.

Pawlos has been actively engaging in different large scale projects in governmental and non-governmental organizations. This includes projects in Unity Park, MInT (Ministry of Innovation and Technology), MoF (Ministry of Finance), MoH (Ministry of Health), Ministry of Education (MoE), AA City Administration, Supreme Court, Central Statistics Agency, Africa Union, Industry Park, Security Agencies, Universities, Banks, Hotels, Transport Companies and others. In addition, he has been consulting different technology companies who are investing on businesses related to telecom services. He is a dedicated and visionary expert with interpersonal and business skills.
