Job Summary:

The Head of Share Administration Division is responsible for overseeing the efficient and accurate administration of share-related transactions within an organization. They provide leadership and guidance to a team of share administration professionals, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. The role involves collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with applicable regulations. The Head of Share Administration Division also plays a key role in monitoring market trends and developments related to share administration, and recommending improvements or changes to enhance operational efficiency.

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Share Administration Division, ensuring efficient and accurate processing of share-related transactions.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Manage a team of share administration professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, such as legal, finance, and compliance departments, to ensure smooth and timely processing of share transactions.
• Collaborate with external parties, such as shareholders, brokers, and regulatory bodies, to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
• Monitor and analyze market trends and developments related to share administration, and recommend improvements or changes to enhance operational efficiency.
• Prepare reports and presentations on share administration activities, performance, and compliance for senior management and board meetings.
• Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to share administration, and ensure adherence to them.

Qualification:

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field is preferred.

Work Experience:

• 4-6 years of work experience of related experience in Share Administration.

• With a proven track record of managing share administration operations.
• Strong knowledge of share administration processes, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Excellent leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in relevant software and systems used in share administration.
