Job Summary:
A Manager in the ITO/BPO Division is responsible for overseeing the operations of the division and ensuring that client needs are met while taking care of the needs of employees. They work with a team of managers, each assigned to specific divisions or departments within the company. The job involves leading and delivering complex client engagements, identifying, designing, and implementing creative business solutions. They collaborate with the technology services division to implement and manage IT systems and solutions. Relationship building with clients, managing the division’s budget, monitoring performance metrics, and staying updated on industry trends are also key responsibilities. Additionally, they provide guidance, support, and mentorship to the division’s staff.
• Oversee the operations of the ITO/BPO division, ensuring that client needs are met while taking care of the needs of employees.
• Work with a team of managers, each assigned to specific divisions or departments within the company.
• Lead and deliver complex client engagements, identifying, designing, and implementing creative business solutions.
• Collaborate with the technology services division to implement and manage IT systems and solutions, such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, or Cloud/SaaS platforms.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns or issues.
• Manage the division’s budget; ensuring resources are allocated effectively and efficiently.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in ITO/BPO to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
• Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to the division’s staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Qualification:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, MBA, Business Administration, Accounting, Management, or a related field.
Work Experience:
• A round 5+ years of experience of work.
Competencies/ Personal attributes:
• Prior hands-on experience in an ITO/BPO setting, managing teams, and driving performance metrics is crucial.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to fast-paced environments.
• Familiarity with relevant technology platforms and project management experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients, employees, and stakeholders.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
• Flexibility to work overtime, nights, weekends, and holidays as required in the dynamic ITO/BPO industry.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
