Manager: Marketing and Relation Division

Job Summary:

Manager in the Marketing and Relation Division is to oversee and manage marketing activities to promote brand awareness, increase market share, and drive business growth. 

• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to increase brand awareness, market share, and customer engagement.
• Analyze market trends and conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and competitive advantage.
• Manage and coordinate marketing campaigns, including advertising, digital marketing, social media, and public relations activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales, product management, and creative departments, to align marketing strategies and achieve business objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors.
• Oversee the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, such as campaign effectiveness, customer acquisition, and retention rates.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure the division remains competitive and innovative.
• Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, feedback, and support.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in a marketing, business relevant field.

Work Experience:

• A round 5+ years of experience of work.

• Proven experience in marketing, preferably in a managerial or leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
