Job Summary:

QA Manager/Lead is to oversee and manage the quality assurance activities within an organization. They are responsible for ensuring that products, services, or software meet the required quality standards and customer expectations. The QA Manager/Lead plays a crucial role in establishing and implementing quality assurance processes, procedures, and methodologies to ensure the delivery of high-quality products or services.

• Lead and manage the QA team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to team members.
• Develop and implement QA procedures, tools, and test methodologies to ensure high-quality software development.
• Collaborate effectively with software development teams, support analysts, and technical service representatives.
• Define and prioritize testing strategies, test case identification, and test planning.
• Understand the business context and goals for the products being tested.
• Conduct test case prioritization and ensure effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Perform quality audits to ensure QA procedures and standards are being followed.
• Coordinate with project managers and delivery leads to manage testing activities within project timelines and estimates.
• Create and maintain test cases, test plans, and detailed bug reports.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in QA methodologies and processes.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Work Experience:

• 7 years of related experience in monitoring and evaluation

• Proven track record of managing QA processes and teams.
• Strong knowledge of QA procedures, tools, and test methodologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
