Job Summary:

UI/UX Designer is to enhance the user experience and satisfaction by designing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for digital products. UI/UX Designers play a crucial role in understanding user needs, conducting user research, and translating insights into innovative design solutions. They collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of UI/UX designs and strive to create products that provide a positive and enjoyable user experience.

• Gather user requirements and conduct user research to understand user needs and preferences.
• Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for websites, mobile apps, and other digital platforms.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design concepts.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of UI/UX designs.
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve designs.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design.
• Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines in all UI/UX designs.
• Continuously optimize and enhance the user experience based on user feedback and data analysis.

Qualification:

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Work Experience:

• A round 3-6 years of work experience.

Competencies/ Personal attributes:

• Several years of experience in UI/UX design or a related field.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or Sketch.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Experience with wire framing and prototyping tools.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• A portfolio showcasing previous UI/UX design projects is required.
