Mengistu Bogale Ayele is a Business and Information Systems consultant with over 22 years of experience in Ethiopia. He holds a BA in Accounting, an MA in Business Administration, and a Ph.D. in Information Systems. Mengistu is passionate about teaching and research, authoring three books and numerous articles. He co-founded MAE Consulting PLC and served as the first President of the Accounting Society of Ethiopia. With expertise in various business areas, he excels in community development and teamwork, demonstrating strong interpersonal and networking skills.

Sahilemariam is an experienced professional with over 20 years in the field, including 12 years in the insurance industry. He is a fellow member of ACCA and holds a Diploma in IFRS and a Certificate in Insurance (Cert CII). With a BA in Accounting from Unity University, he currently serves as Managing Director of ZSTAY Consulting PLC and is a Partner at SAY Audit Service LLP, specializing in auditing and IFRS implementation. Additionally, he is Vice President of the Institution of Internal Audit, Ethiopia.

Mebratu Tsige, an Electronics and Information Communication Engineering expert with a BSc in Software Engineering and an MSc in Information and Communication Engineering. He has over 15 years of experience in Ethiopia's Ministry of Defence and INSA, specializing in Information Communication and Satellite programs. Trained in virtual devices and project management, and he conducts research in signal analysis. Mebratu is also a friendly, adaptable team player, musician, and literature enthusiast.

Mastewal co-founded an IT training academy and two FinTech companies, actively empowering young professionals in the IT sector.

As an entrepreneur, he co-founded two global Fintech companies and directs EIPSA, advocating for equitable water sharing for Ethiopia.
