The establishment of our Digital Innovation Hub is underway, producing skilled manpower aligned with our strategic goals. A draft for the Startup Academy was prepared and submitted to support the next generation of entrepreneurs.

Our training programs are designed to meet high standards, providing comprehensive training to candidates who graduate with essential digital competencies. Training mechanisms have been optimized, and evaluation milestones are in place to ensure continuous improvement.

We have successfully incubated startups that meet both eTech and international standards, surpassing our incubation targets and helping startups thrive.

Our acceleration program has supported startups in scaling successfully, exceeding our expected targets and helping them reach new heights.

In collaboration with Debre Berhan University, we have established a series of professional tech forums, meeting all goals to facilitate knowledge exchange and industry networking.

Our eTech DIH virtual webinars and seminars provide invaluable insights for stakeholders, incubates, and international partners, hosting nine impactful webinars this year alone, and attracting donor interest.

Actively responding to international donor calls, we surpassed our goals, responding to 13 out of 12 planned donor calls with joint partners (EMIRTA, AFKAMAR, FREELACER) and independently responding to four additional opportunities.
