Expression of Interest (EOI) for Strategic Plan Consultant

1. Introduction

eTech S.C. invites qualified consultants or consulting firms to express their interest in providing consultancy services for the development of a three-year strategic plan for the company. This strategic plan will guide eTech S.C. from July 2025 to June 2028, aligning with our mission to create a borderless ICT expertise ecosystem and ensuring sustainable growth amid local and global economic trends.

2. Background

eTech S.C. is a leading technology company providing services in software development, cybersecurity, infrastructure development, Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), and project management. As the company continues to grow, a well-defined strategic plan is crucial to drive innovation, operational efficiency, and market expansion.

3. Objective of the Strategic Plan

The objective of the strategic plan is to provide a clear roadmap to:

  • Identify growth opportunities in both local and global markets.
  • Drive innovation and technological excellence.
  • Enhance operational efficiency across all business lines including ICT services and BPO.
  • Strengthening market position and customer satisfaction.
  • Align company objectives with government initiatives and industry trends.
  • Develop a practical implementation framework ensuring successful execution.

4. Scope of Work

The selected consultant will be responsible for:

  • Compressive assessment of the previous strategic plan.
  • Conducting a situational analysis using strategic planning models such as SWOT, PESTEL, Porter’s Five Forces, Balanced Scorecard, OKR, and Agile Strategic Planning.
  • Engaging stakeholders, including management, employees, partners, and clients, to gather insights.
  • Identifying strategic priorities, key performance indicators, and implementation frameworks.
  • Developing an actionable roadmap with short-term, mid-term, and long-term objectives.
  • Drafting the strategic plan, facilitating strategic plan workshop, Train the implementation team, Presenting the final strategic plan to the executive team and key stakeholders.

5. Eligibility Criteria

Interested consultants or firms should have:

  • Proven experience in strategic planning within the technology or related industries.
  • A strong understanding of business operations, ICT trends, BPO services, and economic factors.
  • Experience facilitating stakeholder engagement and workshops.
  • A track record of successfully delivering strategic plans for companies of similar scale.

6. Submission Requirements

Interested parties should submit:

  • A cover letter expressing interest.
  • A company/consultant profile detailing relevant experience.
  • A proposed approach and methodology.
  • At least two references from similar projects.
  • Schedule with major milestones
