Job Summary:

The Marketing Head is a leadership role responsible for overseeing and driving marketing strategies and initiatives in the Ride and eCommerce industry. This position involves developing comprehensive marketing plans, managing a team, and collaborating with cross-functional departments to achieve business goals. The Marketing Head will play a crucial role in increasing brand visibility, driving customer acquisition, and enhancing customer engagement.

Job Description:

– Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and customer retention in the Ride and eCommerce industry.
– Lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and operations, to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
– Conduct market research, customer segmentation, and competitor analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and target audience preferences.
– Define and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.
– Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and offline channels.
– Monitor marketing performance metrics, analyze data, and generate actionable insights to optimize strategies and tactics.
– Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to support marketing initiatives and ensure brand consistency.
– Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing, and drive their implementation within the organization.
– Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales enablement materials, lead generation strategies, and promotional activities.
– Ensure compliance with marketing regulations and industry standards.

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
– Proven experience in marketing management, preferably in the Ride or eCommerce industry.
– Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
– Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
– In-depth knowledge of the Ride and eCommerce industry, including market dynamics, trends, and customer behavior.
– Experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across various channels.
– Proficiency in digital marketing techniques, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and content marketing.
– Excellent analytical skills and ability to leverage data to drive marketing decisions.
– Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
– Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
– Results-oriented mindset and ability to meet and exceed marketing goals.
– Relevant certifications, such as Google Ads or HubSpot Inbound Marketing, are a plus.
