Job Summary: 

Under the supervision of business development chief, the manager of strategy planning and performance management is responsible for the development of strategic plan, management of performance, and improvements of company’s achievement.

Responsibilities:

  • Take due responsibility to prepare strategic  plan
  • Follow the Implementation of  the strategic plan
  • Guide the performance evaluation of the company
  • Designed performance improvement strategy and tactics
  • Manage  to enhance the performance of e tech
  • Plan, organize and manage the work of the Strategic Planning Office
  • Ensure the alignment of the strategic plan with the competiti ve advantage of the company
  • Assists officers under its span to Plan their own operation
  • Establish,   maintain   and   continually   review   a   comprehensive   corporate   performance management framework to ensure it remains fit for purpose
  • Plans, organizes, leads, coordinates and controls all the division’s activities
  • Guides the division’s staff on the operational  policies and procedures  of the company and provides coaching on difficult and complex operational issues
  • Monitors  implementation   of  the  department’s   operations  and  ensure  compliance  to  all regulations  for  department  and  subsidiaries  and  adhere  to  all  standards  for  streamline processes to incorporate all government regulations
  • Lead  on the annual  review and target  setting  of performance  indicators  and m ethods  to capture key business activity
  • Undertake  audit  checks  of  performance  data  and  where  necessary,  co -ordinate  external validation checks
  • Play  a  key  role  in  assisting  the  teams  under  its  responsibility  to  identify,  develop  and implement a range of various service reviews
  • Research   emerging  legislation  and  best  practice  and  translate  these  into  operational procedures, guidance and policy statements as appropriate
  • Present  service  performance  information  (monitoring  and  identifying  trends)  against  key indicators  through  a  variety  of  means  e.g.  monthly  performance   management  reports, ensuring that managers and team leaders are fully apprised of key performance  trends and issues and those areas of under-performance can be effectively challenged.
  • Co-ordinate  bench marking  and  Value  for  money  activities  to  enable  services  to  assess performance and costs across a range of peer groups and implement change as a result.
  • Assist managers and team leaders to undertake service improvements through the provision of data analysis and business intelligence
  • Research   emerging   legislation   and  best   practice   and  translate   these   into  operational procedures, guidance and policy statements as appropriate
  • Be responsible  for the accurate collection, analysis and reporting  of performance data and work in conjunction  top management.  Ensure  that the capture  and the analysis  of data is complete and comprehensive in formats accessible to staff and service users
  • Perform other duties assigned to him /her by the immediate supervisor.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Education:

  • MA/MBA/BA in Strategic management, Business Administration, Economics or related fields with good deal of IT knowledge

Experience:

  • 7/9yrs  of related  experience  with  extensive  knowledge  and  experience  in  strategic planning

Additional Training:

  • IT,ICT, or Computer training certificate

  • Ability to identify, retrieve and interpret information from a variety of sources to produce reports on performance status to multiple audiences
  • Ability to communicate complex issues in a simple and easy to understand manner
  • Experience of working under pressure, meeting tight deadlines and targets, demonstrating an ability to achieve despite constraints or obstacles
