Service Summary/Basic Function: eTech s.c founded in 2013 E.C to provide technology Services and Products, registered in Ethiopia as a share company. The company is currently seeking the External Auditor to conduct an audit service for its fiscal year 2013 E.C, in accordance with the International financial report standards IFRS. Eligible firms which fulfill the following requirements are invited to participate in this bid and submit their proposal.

Qualification:

• Renewed license for 2013 EC.who have legal license and experience to Provide Audit Service
• Professional license
• TIN and VAT registration certificate
• Evidence of previous experience in providing similar service in Share Company.
• The maximum period for finalizing the audit work (the audit service is expected to start immediately)

Scope of the service:

• The firm will audit the client’s financial statement of the fiscal year 2013 EC.
• There will be about 8 box files of accounting documents to be audited.
• The firm will audit the financial statement and the supporting documents of the concerned period as prepared by the client and will give his opinion on the fair presentation of the financial statement.
• The firm should conduct the audit according to International financial report standards IFRS.
• In its proposal, the firm should provide the fee for audit service; the duration of the annual audit; date of submission of the final audit report.
• The Company reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and to annul the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to bidders.

Audit firms that meet the requirements are kindly requested to submit in person their technical and financial proposals until July 26, 2021 @10AM during working hours in a sealed and stamped envelope to the attention of the Senior Administrative & Finance Manager.
