Application Deadline: Thursday 28 October 2021 Job Title/position: Senior Network and System Engineer Report to: Infrastructure and Telecommunication Manager Job Summary/Basic Function: Senior Network and System Engineer design and create computer networks within an organization to ensure their IT systems are working both safely and correctly. Senior Network and System Engineer are also responsible for implementing security systems that ensure data is not compromised in any way The Senior Network and System Engineers are responsible for designing and implementing the company’s network infrastructure, resolving advanced support issues, and managing the junior network engineering staff. Qualification:

• BSC Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or any related fields

Experience: Minimum with 2-5 years of experience Term of Employment: Permanent Number required: 1 Duties & Responsibilities The Required employee shall:

1.  Designing and implementing enterprise network solutions and/or improving the efficiency of current networks
2. Installing, configuring, and supporting network equipment including routers, proxy servers, switches, WAN accelerators, DNS, and DHCP
3. Configuring firewalls, routing, and switching to maximize network efficiency and security
4. Install and operate VMware ESXi, Linux, and Windows server operating systems.
5. Installing, supporting, and maintaining server and storage hardware.
6. Preparing RFP, technical proposals, and quotations
7. Giving demonstrations, training, and presentations to help clients discover and understand products/services

Technical skills (mandatory)

1. Experience in communication with Software, customer Relation, programming language
2. In-depth understanding of communication protocols and routing protocols
3. Experience in project proposal writing, bid, and research
4. Experience understanding and analytical skills
5. Practical experience in network administration and architecture.
6. Advanced knowledge of network operating systems including Cisco, JUNOS, and IOS.
7. Knowledge of networking hardware including CPUs, wiring, and routers.
