Job Summary: 

Under the supervision of the Chief of Business Development, Marketing and sales Manager, is
responsible to expand the market coverage and share, keep sales operations up the expectation of
customers and keep them delighted.

Responsibilities:

  • Plans, organizes, leads, coordinates and controls the marketing and sales departments planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation activities
  • Develop and implement advertising plans and campaigns
  • Plan and execute marketing & communications initiatives
  • Develop framework, plans, & measures for servicing & retaining customers to increase customer lifetime value
  • Manage customer inquiries and issues
  • Coordinate management of customer information
  • Track and monitor implementation and effectiveness of advertising and promotion campaigns
  • Drive customer loyalty and lifetime value in collaboration with other parts of the business as needed
  • Regularly monitor brand identity applications in different parts of the business
  • Manage marketing material development, production, promotions and events, company website
  • Measure marketing initiative effectiveness and reporting in formats as required
  • Define product development and improvement plans, drive execution and track product performance
  • Coordinate launching of new products and measure their success
  • Develop and implement marketing, branding & communications strategy, plans and budget
  • Track and measure brand positioning
  • Set company communication policy, standards and tools; and define relevant internal communication channels, develop and cascade/disseminate internal communication message
  • Develop framework, plans, and measures for servicing and retaining customers to increase customer lifetime value
  • Establish clear and measurable service delivery goals, processes and practice
  • Establishing standard approach and methodology for measuring service performance and evaluating this on a regular basis
  • Provide regular leadership updates on service excellence goals and initiatives
  • Develop sales strategies, policies and procedures to grow demand for products
  • Collect sales records and trends and evaluate performance against sales targets by market, customer segments, distribution channels
  • Develop customer acquisition and retention strategy and best practices and communicate to sales teams.
  • Provide support in preparing ongoing training courses for the sales force to effectively implement sales strategies.
  • Evaluate the performance of the sales force against key performance areas including expenses, sales volume, customer satisfaction and cash flow
  • Perform other duties assigned to him /her by the immediate supervisor

Academic Qualification:

  • MA/MBA/BA in Sales, Marketing Management/Management/related field.

Work Experience:

  • 7/9yrs of related experience with extensive knowledge and experience in managing customers in private business companies.
