Job Title: Bid Officer

Quantity Required: One (1)

Required Qualifications: 

2+ years A Bachelor’s degree is typically required Relevant Fields includes Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Procurement, IT, Engineering or a related field.

Required Experience:

  • Two and above years of relevant experience in proposal writing, sales, project management, presales engineering or a related field. Entry-level positions as a Bid Coordinator or Bid Writer may be available, leading to career progression.
  • Basic understanding of Procurement, and bidding processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS word, Excel, and email communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and track bid tender opportunities
  • Prepare, compile, and submit bid documents on time.
  • Coordinate with technical, finance, and legal teams to collect required inputs.
  • Insure bids meet all compliance and submission requirements.
  • Maintain records of submitted bids and tender documents.
  • Support bid evaluations, clarifications, and negotiation.
  • Monitor bid deadlines and submission schedules.
