Role Summary:
The Outsourcing Business Manager job summary is to define, generate, develop, evaluate, analyze, and maintain ITO business in support of the achievement of business requirements for outsourcing purpose. The Manager will also be responsible to create leads and research the possible market, Price, policy, business venture and clients’ specifications to address the business outsourcing requirements. Chose best partners, cooperation with whom would add value to the organization. Help to lead management and team to achieve competitive advantages in outsourcing. Design and set production or services while cooperating with outside suppliers or outsourcing association. .
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development & Lead Generation
- Identify and generate new business leads from various international sources.
- Research and analyze local and international client requirements to drive sales of outsourcing products and services. (8)
- Provide expert advice and recommendations on emerging IT outsourcing trends to stay competitive.
- Activelyparticipate in and support new product development programs, ensuring solutions are cost-effective and quality-conscious.
- RFP & Contract Management
- Lead and manage the Request for Proposal (RFP) process, including vendor evaluation and selection.
- Negotiate contract terms, scopes of work, pricing, payment schedules, and change orders.
- Develop andmaintain critical outsourcing documentation, including SOPs, RFP templates, CDAs, and Master Service Agreements (MSAs).
- Ensure all agreements are commerciallyadvantageous to the company while minimizing risk through collaboration with Legal and Finance.
- Financial Oversight & Profitability
- Perform high-level cost-benefit analyses and profitability assessments before project engagement.
- Developaccurate cost estimates for various scenarios and forecast/maintain full study budgets.
- Manage financial expectations between organizations, including establishing costs, invoicing, and payment schedules.
- Ensure all projects stay within the allotted budget andtime frame.
- Project Coordination & Technical Collaboration
- Oversee the full project lifecycle from proposal initiation to project closure.
- Collaborate with developers and designers to conceptualize and document ITO business requirements and specifications.
- Interact with key stakeholders to provide project status updates and manage expectationsregarding contract selection.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and BETA presentations to ensure client satisfaction.
- Strategic Leadership & Compliance
- Provide operationalexpertise, guidance, and training to teams regarding outsourced work.
- Align internal departments with the organization’s overarching outsourcing goals andprogram.
- Ensure all activitiescomply with regulatory standards, procurement policies, and ethical business practices.
- Drive continuous improvement byidentifying and implementing process efficiencies.
Academic Qualification:
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (BSc, MSc, or PhD) from a recognized university in a technical field (Computer Science, Engineering, or IT Security) or a business-related field (Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or International Trade)
Work Experience:
- Candidates must have 4 to 8 years of total experience, with 2 to 4 years specifically in a leadership role involving international business or Business Process Outsourcing (BPO in ICT Products and Services exporting. Knowledge of relevant local and global regulation and internal policies, experience with major outsourcing partners and in supply chain and service management concepts, Passion, humility, integrity, positive attitude, mission-driven, and self-directed. Experience in managing ICT training, consulting, and certification to develop requirements on standards and policies. Moreover, work on latest trends of BPO business, consulting and certification and develop awareness materials. Best understanding about the following technologies cloud-based services, Network and Infrastructure technologies and Cyber Security, ICT Quality Assurance, Software Development and Related Academics/project.

While not always required to code, a strong understanding of software development, programming languages, and Agile methodologies is highly preferred.
