Job Summary: 

A Product Owner / Implementer is responsible for defining, prioritizing, and managing product requirements to ensure successful project delivery. They act as the bridge between stakeholders and the development team, translating business needs into actionable tasks. In addition to guiding the product vision, they play a hands-on role in implementing solutions, ensuring that features are delivered according to user expectations and business objectives.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize features.
  • Create, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog.
  • Write clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, design, and marketing.
  • Facilitate meetings such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Ensure that project milestones and deliverables are met.
  • Oversee the migration of client data to ensure a smooth transition to the new system.
  • Facilitate the migration of client data, ensuring accuracy and integrity throughout the process.
  • Advocate for the user experience throughout the product lifecycle.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in Agile environments.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience with product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).

Preferred Skills:

  • Certification in Product Management or Agile (CSPO, PMI-ACP).
  • Familiarity with software development processes.
  • Experience in industry like fintech, healthcare, ERP.
