Job Title: Product Owner

Job Summary: 

The Senior Product Owner is a key role in product development teams, responsible for translating business strategy into actionable tasks and steering the creation and enhancement of products. They collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that product goals align with user needs and company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate business strategy and market analysis into actionable tasks and product requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, design, and marketing, to ensure alignment and successful product delivery.
  • Prioritize and manage the product backlog, making strategic decisions about features and functionality.
  • Define and communicate the product vision, goals, and roadmap to stakeholders and team members.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify user needs and competitive landscape.
  • Work closely with customers and users to gather feedback and validate product ideas.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure timely and high-quality product releases.
  • Define and track key product metrics to measure success and inform product decisions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in product management.
  • Mentor and guide junior product owners or team members, as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or Marketing.

Work Experience:

  • A round 4+ years of experience of work.
